Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Orlando, FL seeks a part-time Sales Outfitter for Firearms to deliver exceptional customer service at the gun counter and across the hunting merchandise floor. You will greet customers, advise on firearm and accessory choices, process sales, and promote store programs while maintaining product knowledge and compliance with regulations.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 0–2 years retail experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition products.
• Understanding of ATF federal and state regulations.
• Experience in customer service and firearms sales.
• Knowledge of Gun Control Act (GCA).
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting firearms and accessories.
• Provide product information and demonstrate firearms when appropriate.
• Process transactions and promote store programs (CLUB, VOC, in-store pickup).
• Keep gun counter clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Remain knowledgeable about advertised sales and pricing.
