Bass Pro Shops in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to assist customers at the gun counter and on the floor with hunting merchandise. You will deliver friendly service, answer questions, and help customers complete 4473 forms while promoting store programs.

Must be 21+, have a high school diploma, and 0–2 years in retail. A strong knowledge of firearms and ATF regulations will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• Familiarity with ATF regulations.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with firearms and hunting merchandise at the gun counter.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote Bass Pro programs.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
