Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms.
• Greet customers and provide information and direction.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products.
• Promote programs (CLUB, VOC, In-Store Pick up).
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintain price signage and product knowledge.
• Keep work area clean and stocked and follow policies.
