Bass Pro Shops in the United States is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms, and to assist with hunting merchandise sales. You will greet customers, answer questions, demonstrate products, and help with promotions and club programs.

This role requires knowledge of firearms, ATF regulations, excellent customer service, and the ability to merchandise effectively at the gun counter.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the firearms counter with product selection and information.
• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions, pricing, and store signage.
