Bass Pro Shops in Mitchell, SD is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to handle counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate products, and guide buying decisions at the gun counter.

The role requires 0-2 years retail experience, a high school diploma, and 21+ age. You will ensure 4473 forms are completed, stay knowledgeable on products and promotions, and help maintain a safe, compliant sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Knowledge of firearms and safety regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the gun counter with product selection and information.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable firearms and ammo.
• Complete 4473 forms accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain merchandise organization and pricing according to guidelines.
• Promote store programs including CLUB membership and in-store pickup.
• Keep work area clean, stocked, and compliant with policies.
