Bass Pro Shops in Duluth, MN is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms along with other hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, explain products, and help with buying decisions while following all safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 0-2 years retail, HS diploma, being 21+, and solid knowledge of firearms regulations. You will ensure 4473 forms are accurate, stock shelves, train on products, and support seasonal

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsabilités

• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in making buying decisions.
• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs and make product recommendations.
• Promote programs such as CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers when needed.
• Organize and maintain merchandise at the gun counter area.
• Replenish stock on shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on sales promotions.
• Keep work area clean, neat and well stocked; follow policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
