Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition products.
• Familiarity with ATF federal and state regulations.
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition.
• GCA compliance and safe firearm handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide product recommendations at the gun counter.
• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers and keep the area organized.
• Promote programs (CLUB, VOC, in-store pickup) and drive sales.
