Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support Counter Sales and Customer Service for firearms and related hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, provide information, and assist with product demonstrations and recommendations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 0–2 years in retail, and knowledge of firearms regulations. This on-site role offers part-time hours with employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms.
• Assist with floor sales of hunting merchandise and store merchandising.
• Provide product recommendations and assist customers in making buying decisions.
• Ensure compliance with ATF federal and state regulations and the Gun Control Act (GCA).
