Bass Pro Shops in Hermantown, MN is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain the firearm counter, assist customers with product selection, and ensure compliant handling of Firearms and ammunition.

You will greet customers, perform selling activities, promote programs like CLUB membership and in-store pickup, and help maintain accurate 4473 form processing while staying current on product knowledge and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition required.
• Experience with ATF regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the gun counter with product recommendations.
• Maintain firearm counter sales and customer service duties.
• Promote CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup programs.
• Ensure Form 4473s are completed accurately.
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandise organized.
