Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Utah is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory, pricing, and customer service. You will supervise daily activities, coach staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including safety and ATF-related procedures.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail sales with supervisory experience a plus. You will help staff the department, run schedules, and deliver a legendary customer experience while supporting sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales
• Supervisory experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead department staff and direct daily tasks.
• Maintain merchandising directives and plan-o-grams as set by Corporate.
• Ensure customer service standards and train staff accordingly.
• Staff department and schedule, interview candidates and contribute to performance appraisals.
• Coordinate events, pricing integrity and product demonstrations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with management.
