Bass Pro Shops in Ashland, VA seeks a Team Leader to direct the firearms department, ensuring safe handling, compliance with ATF, pricing, stocking, and customer service excellence.

You will coach associates, coordinate interviews, training, and schedules, supervise daily operations, monitor inventory, and drive sales while maintaining planograms and event merchandising.

Requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years retail experience; supervisory experience a plus.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 to 4 Years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisor experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Direct and supervise department associates daily.
