Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Wisconsin seeks aTeam Leader for the firearms department. You will provide daily direction to associates, manage merchandising, pricing, stocking, and customer service, and ensure compliance with ATF and store policies.

You will coach staff, assist in interviewing, scheduling, training, and drive sales while maintaining a high level of customer service and safety in a busy sporting goods environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in retail sales; supervisor experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team and foster customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor associates in the department daily.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, stocking and checkout operations.
• Ensure compliance with ATF/state/local laws and company policies.
• Assist in interviewing, training, and scheduling of staff.
