Responsibilities include enforcing ATF/state regulations, delivering top customer experiences, and leading a team through daily Operations, events, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of retail sales experience.
• Supervisor experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to department associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Lead merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and scheduling within the department.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
