Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in firearms handling and compliance preferred.
• Retail management experience with staff coaching and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise firearms department and ensure ATF/state/federal compliance.
• Drive sales plans to meet/exceed financial targets.
• Hire, train, and coach staff; schedule and motivate team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
