Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Retail Management that includes firearms safe handling practices.
• Strong knowledge of ATF/state/federal firearms compliance and related forms (4473, 3310).
• Experience leading and developing staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise firearms department operations and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Hire, train, and coach department staff; schedule and evaluate performance.
