Bass Pro Shops in East Peoria, IL seeks a Team Leader for the firearms department to guide associates in merchandising, stocking, pricing and customer service, under GSM/DM supervision. You will ensure safety, compliance with ATF and state laws, and maintain high standards of store presentation.

You will lead daily operations, coach staff, schedule, review performance, and strive for department sales and service excellence while delivering a legendary shopping experience to every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and guiding daily department operations.
• Strong numerical, reporting, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily activities of department associates and drive customer service.
• Lead merchandising, pricing, stocking and inventory control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ATF, state and local laws and company policies.
