Job summary

The Exchange seeks a Customer Experience Associate for the Firearms/Sporting Goods department to deliver outstanding service and knowledgeable guidance. You will help customers find products that meet their needs, maintain firearms areas, and ensure ATF forms are completed correctly.

The role requires a welcoming, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills. Part-time hours, weekend availability, and a background check are included in the process.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions.
• Must be at least 21; background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service at the Firearms counter and Sports/Goods area.
• Assist customers in selecting products to meet needs and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Ensure firearms are organized and compliant with ATF regulations.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently with appropriate conversation.
