Aafes is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for the Firearms/Sporting Goods area. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products while maintaining firearms inventory and complying with 4473 procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or the equivalent.
• Retail experience.
• Willingness to accept additional responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with eye contact and a smile at the Firearms counter.
• Assist customers to meet their needs with product knowledge.
• Maintain firearms inventory in the Firearms Counter and Vault.
• Ensure compliance with 4473 forms and related processes.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences in the Firearms/Sporting Goods area.
