Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support counter sales and customer service for firearms and related hunting merchandise. The role requires greeting customers, providing product information, and ensuring compliance with ATF and GCA regulations.

You will promote memberships and store services, maintain merchandise displays, and assist with floor moves while upholding Bass Pro Shops' standards for safety and customer care. This is a part-time, in-store position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the gun counter with product recommendations and information.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintain firearms and ammunition product knowledge and pricing signage.
• Merchandise and stock merchandise on the floor and back stock.
• Keep work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Follow company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
