Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with customers to identify needs and promote products and Scheels Visa.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in selling areas and lead product knowledge training for associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory using internal reports and maintain organized backstock and merchandising on the floor.
• Ensure accurate product displays with pricing, signage, and tagging and maintain a professional appearance and team atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with store associates, vendors, and campus teams; follow safety procedures.
