TRL Systems, Inc. in Burbank, CA is hiring a Fire TI Technician to install commercial fire life safety systems, support tenant improvements and retrofit projects under supervision.
The role includes demolition, rough‑in work, wire pulling, device installation, and basic construction while ensuring compliance with codes. You will interpret drawings, use hand and power tools, keep a safe, organized site, and track work in company systems.
The Fire TI (Tenant Improvement) Technician is responsible for the installation of commercial fire life safety systems, supporting tenant improvement and retrofit projects under the direction of a Lead Technician or Foreman. This hands‑on role includes demolition, rough‑in work, wire pulling, device installation, and basic construction tasks while ensuring compliance with electrical codes, construction requirements, and industry standards. The technician interprets project drawings, utilizes hand and power tools, maintains a safe and organized job site, tracks work through company systems, and collaborates with customers, contractors, and project leadership to deliver high‑quality fire alarm installations on schedule.

TRL Systems, Inc. conducts pre-employment drug screening in accordance with Federal Contractor regulations and background checks in accordance with State and local regulations.
