TRL Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Security Foreman in Rancho Cucamonga to lead commercial low voltage installations, supervise field technicians, and coordinate site activities.
You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and high-quality workmanship while serving as the main contact for project managers, customers, and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in security installations, strong knowledge of access control/CCTV, and the ability to read blueprints.
Travel required to Los Angeles County and surrounding area
We are seeking an experienced Security Foreman to lead commercial low voltage installation projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for supervising field technicians, coordinating daily job site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards, and serving as the primary field contact for project managers, customers, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and other low voltage systems, can read and interpret construction drawings, troubleshoot and program systems, and effectively lead and mentor a team. Success in this role requires excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage project documentation, maintain safety compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
