Job summary

TRL Systems in California is seeking a Fire TI Lead Technician to oversee onsite installation of commercial fire life safety systems. You will direct a crew through demolition, rough-in, wire pulling, device installation, testing, and project closeout.

This hands-on leadership role requires reading construction drawings, troubleshooting low voltage networks, and maintaining safety and quality on busy job sites. Certification and programming experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial low voltage installation experience.
• Experience installing commercial fire life safety/low voltage systems.
• Previous lead or crew leadership experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read construction drawings and troubleshoot low voltage systems.
• Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on construction sites, ladders, and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, nights, and rotating shifts as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety.
