Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in the Phoenix area. You will provide outstanding service to internal partners and customers through knowledge of alarm, extinguisher, suppression, and sprinkler systems.

You will answer calls, schedule service visits, assist with invoices, secure permits, and support various projects. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, excellent phone skills, and experience with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent phone demeanor and customer service experience.
• Experience reading, understanding, and creating quotes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Coordinate workload and route optimization for field technicians.
• Be main point of contact for scheduling issues related to fire suppression systems.
• Gather information from service managers and technicians to de‑escalate situations.
• Produce reports by collecting data from standard sources and formatting them.
• Access required information via external communications systems.
• Provide operational support on fire suppression system knowledge to customers and vendors.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians per customer inspections and urgent calls.
• Support project managers with tasks and established procedures.
