Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician - Sprinkler in Morrisville, NC to provide outstanding customer service to internal partners and customers through knowledge of alarm and sprinkler systems. The role reviews field reports, prepares deficiency repair proposals, and supports training.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fire systems, strong AHJ communication, excellent phone demeanor, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Fire Systems experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with AHJ’s as needed.
• Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service.
• Conflict resolution & negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing technical expertise in reviewing field technician's service reports and determining the validity and proper scope/cost of proposed deficiency repairs.
• Preparation of customer facing deficiency repair proposals for approval.
• Assist in technical training for internal partners and miscellaneous projects.
