Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician - Sprinkler to provide outstanding customer service to internal partners and customers through knowledge of alarm or sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing field technicians’ reports to assess validity and cost of proposed repairs, preparing customer-facing deficiency repair proposals for approval, and assisting in technical training for internal partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Fire Systems experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with AHJ's as needed.
• Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Conflict resolution & negotiation capabilities.
• Preferred: NICET certification and other fire certifications.
• Experience reading, understanding and creating quotes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Utilizing technical expertise in reviewing field technician's service reports and determining the validity and proper scope/cost of proposed deficiency repairs.
• Preparation of customer facing deficiency repair proposals for approval.
• Assist in technical training for internal partners and miscellaneous projects.
