Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician - Sprinkler in Morrisville, NC. The role focuses on servicing customers and internal partners by leveraging alarm/sprinkler system knowledge to review field reports and prepare repair proposals.

The position requires strong communication skills with AHJs, excellent phone etiquette, and a commitment to superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Fire Systems experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with AHJ’s as needed.
• Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Conflict resolution & negotiation capabilities.
• Experience with reading, understanding and creating quotes (preferred).
• NICET and other Fire Certifications (preferred).
• Accurate typing and 10 key pad skills (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Utilizing technical expertise in reviewing field technician's service reports and determining the validity and proper scope/cost of proposed deficiency repairs.
• Preparation of customer facing deficiency repair proposals for approval.
• Assist in technical training for internal partners and miscellaneous projects.
