Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician - Sprinkler in Morrisville, NC to provide outstanding customer service to internal partners and customers through knowledge of alarm and sprinkler systems. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fire systems, strong AHJ communication, excellent phone demeanor, and solid MS Office skills.

Responsibilities Include

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 5 years' Fire Systems experience

Preferred

• Experience with reading, understanding and creating quotes
• NICET and other Fire Certifications
• Accurate typing and 10 key pad skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
