Job summary

Summit Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Suppression Technician to install, inspect, service and repair fire extinguishers, extinguishing systems, and related detection equipment with minimal supervision.

You will repair or replace system components, troubleshoot issues, and document all work orders while following safety programs. Travel up to 90% and maintain equipment in company vehicles are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Fire Life Safety Industry specifically Fire Suppression.
• 2 years of professional computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace fire extinguishers and pre-engineered suppression systems components.
• Troubleshoot defective components in suppression systems.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams professionally.
• Use Field Service Lightning to track work orders, materials, and time on job.
