Job summary

Summit Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Suppression Technician responsible for installation, inspection, service and repair of fire extinguishers, pre-engineered suppression systems, and Detection & Control systems with minimal supervision. The role requires travel up to 90% and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2 Fire Life Safety Industry experience specifically within Fire Suppression.
• 2 years of professional computer skills.
• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace fire extinguishers and pre-engineered systems.
• Troubleshoot and identify defective components in suppression systems.
• Communicate with customers and complete work orders.
• Travel up to 90% and maintain driver license and clean driving record.
