Job summary

Summit Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Technician to lay out, fabricate, install, and maintain fire sprinkler systems and piping. You will read blueprints, calculate materials, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires a Fire Sprinkler License, 3–5 years of installation experience, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Local travel may be involved, with a focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Education equivalents acceptable with relevant experience.
• Fire Sprinkler License required, extra tech training preferred.
• Experience in install/maintenance of pipe systems and sprinklers.

Responsibilities

• Install, fabricate, assemble, and inspect fire sprinkler systems.
• Follow blueprints and calculate materials to meet specs.
• Mentor apprentices and helpers on installation techniques.
• Maintain vehicle per company policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
