The role involves prospecting, estimating, and managing the full sales cycle, with emphasis on accurate reporting, collaboration with service teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and qualify opportunities for fire sprinkler service including repairs, modifications, and new construction.
• Manage the sales process from discovery through proposal, negotiation, contract close, and post-sale follow-up.
• Conduct building surveys and develop estimates for small projects and day-work assignments.
• Maintain an active proposal backlog and pursue opportunities that support sales objectives.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, and end users to support repeat business and growth.
• Collaborate with service, design, and support teams to address moves, adds, and changes.
