Job summary

Diamond Fire Protection LLC in Temecula, CA is hiring a full-time Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end sales process for fire protection products and services. You will prospect, qualify, propose, and close deals while coaching the sales team and coordinating with operations to ensure precise project scoping.

You will maintain client relationships, conduct site visits, participate in industry events, and drive sales planning and forecasting to continuously improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales across construction/fire protection/safety or related industries.
• Strong lead generation, pipeline management, account management and contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Proficient in CRM systems and basic office software (spreadsheets, presentations, email).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Proven leadership abilities including team management and coaching.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of fire protection systems, safety standards, and regulations.
• Ability to work on-site in Temecula, CA, with client visits and travel as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a record supporting regular travel to client sites.

Responsibilities
