RapidFire Safety & Security is seeking a high-driven Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative for Southern California to open doors, build pipeline, and close deals with contractors and end users.

You will bring 3–4 years of fire sprinkler sales experience, know NFPA codes, and develop strategic plans while delivering consultative recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of fire sprinkler sales experience.
• Strong knowledge NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24 and Local AHJ requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Prospect for new business, generate qualified opportunities, and confidently close deals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
• Stay current on industry developments, products, and solutions to deliver knowledgeable recommendations.
• Represent RapidFire Safety & Security with professionalism in every interaction with customers and prospects.
