Job summary

Desert Fire Protection, LP is seeking an experienced Sales & Project Manager to lead commercial fire protection projects in Las Vegas. You will manage bids, oversee installations, and sell service agreements for fire suppression systems.

You will coordinate with clients, engineering, and field teams on large casino and sports facility projects, develop estimates, supervise subcontractors, and drive business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five years inside or outside professional fire sprinkler sales experience or equivalent education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to complete the project.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the project with proposal specs, drawings, and takeoff information.
• Supervise total construction effort to ensure design, budget, and schedule compliance, interfacing with clients and others.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions; maintain all project logs and documentation.
• Supervise crafts and subcontractors to ensure productivity and contractual performance.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations as needed.
• Provide technical assistance on drawings, methods, and equipment; authorize project transactions.
• Execute business development action plans and monitor sales activities.
• Develop and identify prospects from current clients and referrals; participate in presentations.
• Establish contact with buyers of new systems and upgrades.
• Prepare estimates using estimating software; maintain an active proposal backlog.
• Contact potential buyers of service agreements and follow up on leads.
• Represent the company at industry shows as needed.
• Assist in marketing plans and sales objectives; provide input on client programs.
• Perform additional assignments as requested.
