TP Mechanical is seeking a Project Manager to oversee assigned projects from start to finish, coordinating with departments to ensure timely, profitable delivery. You will manage subcontractors, track costs, and lead meetings to address issues and keep stakeholders informed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills, with a focus on safety and quality in our fire sprinkler installations. On-site leadership and client relations are key.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial fire sprinkler field experience preferred.
• 3+ years prior project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall profitability of projects and ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
• Review job cost, status, manpower and change orders; provide monthly profitability analysis.
• Communicate with project superintendents, managers, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Coordinate manpower and equipment for each job.
• Oversee buyout, closeouts, and change orders for all projects.
• Attend weekly job-site visits and project management meetings.
• Ensure proper job setup, contract review, cost estimates, and schedule of values.
