Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Fire Sprinkler for a direct-hire role in Los Angeles, CA. You will lead fire sprinkler installation projects from estimate through completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, design teams, and field crews to keep work on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fire protection, strong knowledge of plans and specs, and proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in fire sprinkler estimating, project management, sales, or related fire protection role.
• Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems, construction plans, contracts, and project specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage fire sprinkler installation projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project scope requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, field teams, designers, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, budgets, change orders, job performance, and overall project progress.
• Perform or support hydraulic calculations, seismic bracing layouts, underground system estimates, and hydrant calculations.
• Attend project meetings, provide updates, resolve issues, and help ensure successful project outcomes.
