Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of estimating, PM, or construction coordination experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specs.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, drawings, specs, change orders, and documents to support estimating.
• Estimate and manage fire sprinkler installations, track labor, materials, budgets, and change orders.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, field teams, and design staff.
• Conduct field surveys, support kickoff meetings, monitor fabrication schedules, and maintain records.
• Communicate with customers and contractors regarding schedules, progress, billing, and requirements.
• Perform estimating tasks including hydraulic calculations and hydrant calculations.
