Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of fire protection design experience is required.
• Engineering background is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Proficiency in Hydratec CAD programs or AutoSPRINK is required.
• NICET Certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel to job sites by plane or vehicle is required.
• Ability to think strategically and deliver timely results is required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Design sprinkler systems per NFPA standards and project specifications.
• Prepare drawings, hydraulic calculations, material takeoffs, and submittals.
• Coordinate with other trades and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate with customers and managers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies.
