Job summary

Impact Fire Services in Denver, CO is seeking a dynamic senior operations leader for our district office overseeing fire protection service lines. You will drive financial and operational performance and mentor department managers across alarm, sprinkler, and suppression lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree business, operational management, or construction management with prior management experience within the fire protection industry or similar trades and service business is strongly preferred.
• Progressive experience in managing a large district-based P&L, and team.
• Solid business acumen including forecasting, labor productivity, billing/working capital and cash conversions.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance.
• Proven track record of developing leaders, building accountability, culture, recruit & retain talent, and scale the organization as the Denver business grows.
• Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly
• Industry licensing or certification of competency with fire alarms and commercial sprinkler systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
