Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking a Service Schedule Coordinator/Dispatcher to organize and manage field technician flow. You will dispatch technicians, answer calls, and coordinate with service managers, sales staff, and customers to ensure timely, profitable projects.

The role requires at least 1 year of industry or customer service experience, and strong MS Office skills. Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with pay between $18 and $22 per hour DOE along with

• At least 1 year of industry or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments for clients or technicians; answer phones and track service records.
• Assess client needs and connect them with the right provider.
• Create and maintain a directory of providers and client resources.
• Maintain a database of clients and service needs.
• Dispatch all technicians for service and installation jobs.
• Request materials needed for required service.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and respond to inquiries.
• Evaluate service quality and identify improvements.
• Follow up to ensure ongoing service needs are met.
• Maintain relationships with providers and clients to grow the base.
• Monitor services and stay updated on new or discontinued offerings.
• Answer phones and respond to emails in the office.
