Job summary

SERVPRO of Jonesboro is hiring a Restoration Supervisor (Fire) to coordinate and supervise fire restoration projects, ensuring high-quality work and positive customer experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and effective communication on job sites.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of cleaning/restoration/construction experience; high school diploma/GED is preferred and IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction. Track reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
