Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Service Sales Specialist to convert inspection deficiencies into clear, action-oriented quotes and guide customers from confusion to confidence. You will quote repairs across fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems and communicate timelines clearly.

You will manage an active pipeline, follow up on approvals, and maintain professional, consultative interactions with clients, while hitting quota and ensuring timely responses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, estimating, or customer service in a trade, service, or technical environment.
• Ability to read inspection reports and translate findings for customers.
• Strong verbal communication to explain complex problems clearly.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle many quotes and deadlines.
• Direct, honest communication while guiding customer decisions.

Responsibilities

• Quote deficiency work: review inspection reports and generate quotes for repairs and MAC across fire protection systems.
• Communicate with customers post-inspection and explain findings in clear terms.
• Manage an active deficiency quotes pipeline and keep CRM records current.
• Escalate time-sensitive compliance situations and meet activity targets.
