Job summary

Impact Fire Services is hiring an Inspections Sales Representative to drive new business for fire extinguisher, sprinkler, kitchen suppression, and related inspections. You will engage existing clients and pursue qualified leads, conduct site assessments, and prepare proposals aligned with NFPA standards.

The role emphasizes building a strong pipeline, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the district service team to deliver accurate, code-compliant life safety proposals.

Qualifications

• NFPA familiarity with fire alarm, extinguisher, kitchen suppression, and sprinkler inspections.
• Minimum of 2 years of documented sales success in a service-based or technical field.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills; able to work independently.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to facility managers and contractors.
• NICET certification in Fire Alarm, Special Hazards, or Fire Sprinkler inspections is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Secure and finalize sales for fire inspections and related services through cold calling and existing client engagement.
• Optimize time management to maximize lead generation, sales calls, and meetings.
• Perform on-site assessments and deliver code-compliant life safety inspection proposals.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt communication and proactive opportunity identification.
• Build a strong sales pipeline aligned with district objectives for steady growth.
• Participate in networking and community events to expand brand presence.
• Meet designated sales targets and assist with post-sale workflow.
