Encore Fire Protection, the East Coast's largest full-service fire protection company, seeks a Service Sales Specialist to translate inspection findings into actionable quotes and guide clients from confusion to confidence. You’ll quote deficiencies across fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems, manage an active pipeline, and communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, estimating, or customer service in a trade, service, or technical environment.
• Comfort reading inspection reports and service documents; ask clarifying questions.
• Strong verbal communication to explain complex issues clearly to non-technical customers.
• Highly organized with capacity to manage many quotes, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; quick learner of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Quote Deficiency Work: review inspection reports, identify defects, generate accurate quotes.
• Customer Communication: explain deficiencies and timelines; guide customers through options.
• Pipeline & Process Management: manage open quotes, track activity in CRM/quoting system, meet targets.
• Escalation: escalate high-priority situations and ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain professional, consultative tone across all interactions.
