Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, estimating, or customer service in a trade or technical environment.
• Ability to read inspection reports and translate findings for customers.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to explain complex issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage a high volume of quotes and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Review inspection reports to identify deficiencies noted by technicians or inspectors.
• Generate accurate quotes for repairs across fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems.
• Prioritize deficiency urgency levels and communicate them to customers.
• Maintain an active pipeline of open deficiency quotes and track activity in the CRM/quoting system.
