You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with service teams and using HubSpot/ServiceTrade to track activity and drive revenue. A proactive, people-first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, estimating, or customer service in a trade or technical setting.
• Ability to read inspection reports and translate findings into quotes and actions.
• Comfort explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Quote deficiency work: review reports and generate accurate quotes for repairs and changes.
• Communicate findings to customers clearly and advise on timelines and options.
• Manage an active pipeline of deficiency quotes and maintain CRM records.
• Meet targets for quote volume, response time, and conversion rates.
