The Hiller Companies is actively seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive sales of fire protection products, systems and services in the Los Angeles area. You will engage new and existing customers, assess needs, and develop tailored account strategies to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to call on and grow new and existing customer relationships.
• Experience in qualifying buyers for service contracts and educating on offerings.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of sales calls, forecasts and expenses.
• Experience submitting timely sales reports and expense documentation.
• Skill in determining customer needs and crafting tailored sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing customers to survey, promote, quote, and sell fire protection products, systems, and services.
• Qualify potential buyers of service contracts by scheduling sales calls and educating customers on offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales calls and related activities.
• Submit all sales reports (forecasts) and expenses in a timely manner.
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy for each account.
• Close sufficient sales to an assigned sales goal.
• Maintain quotes in the Service Trade Software Platform.
• Coordinate with the Service Department for work that needs to be scheduled once sold.
