Snowdon Fire Protection is seeking a Fire Protection Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive new business across an assigned territory. This hands-on management role includes coaching and managing key customer relationships while carrying your own sales target.

You will grow regional revenue by developing a comprehensive sales plan, forecasting results, and coordinating with operations on pricing, proposals and service delivery. Travel within the territory will be required.

Formación

• Experience leading a sales team in a service, technical, or skilled trades environment.
• History of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
• Experience supporting both office-based and field sales professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the regional sales team to meet revenue goals.
• Grow regional sales by planning and forecasting, and coordinating with ops on pricing and delivery.
