Job summary

Total Safety seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead the Fire Line region, directing financial performance, service quality, and regulatory compliance. You will shape annual plans, oversee budgets, and drive improvements across multiple field offices while ensuring safety and ethics are embedded in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Eight+ years of relevant work experience with supervisory experience.
• MBA preferred.
• NICET certification strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual operating plan for the Region aligned with the company's strategy.
• Forecast and manage EBITA, ROS, revenue, cash flow and backlog; implement cost-saving measures as needed.
• Optimize resource use across the Region for efficiency and consistency.
• Foster a culture of safety, ethics and continuous quality improvement.
• Lead integration of acquisitions within the Region and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, financial controls and regulatory requirements.
